Great little place to stay in the Elmwood neighborhood of Buffalo. Comfy bed, beautiful shower and walking distance to restaurants (Irontail). A unique find that we enjoyed very much!

Beautiful building and well-appointed rooms. Very quiet, comfortable mattress and linens, extremely clean inside and out. Close to restaurants and parks, but just off the main strip so it's nice and quiet. Ample free parking in the small lot or on the street. Great find!

I stayed here as part of a bridal party and The Edward was fantastic! Overall, the rooms felt curated and cozy, while also offering large gathering spaces on the downstairs floor. Everything was extremely clean, and Erin (the hotel manager) as well as the rest of the staff were so kind and friendly!

It was easy to find and had off street parking. The decor was exquisite and tasteful. Our room (the Champagne room) was great with a huge bathroom. The beds were comfortable and we could adjust the heat to suit our needs. A nice touch was the keurig coffee maker right in the room.

If you’re looking for your typical motel, this is not the place for you. The Edward is a small, very cozy mom and pop kind of motel. We stayed in the Green Suite over the valentine weekend. It was quiet, beautiful and comfortable. Erin was very helpful and courteous. It was all totally contactless which was definitely appreciated during the heavy cold/flu season. We had everything we needed for a restful weekend away.

The Edward Hotel is in a great location near Gate Circle in Buffalo. Our room was lovely and included coffee service and daily fresh towels. We enjoyed the ambience and warmth of the fireplace in our room. The owner's responded to a minor issue we had and fixed it immediately. We highly recommend this lovely hotel when you visit Buffalo.

Excellent experience at The Edward Hotel! Clean, current, free Wi-Fi, and parking. We stayed in The Madison room → nice size and exactly as pictured on the hotel's website. The fireplace is a very romantic touch and the king bed is extremely comfortable. This unique hybrid hotel is ideal for guests that are looking for a private experience with the security of a hotel. Would absolutely stay again and we are looking forward to doing so!

Had a great stay in the Kennedy Suite, this is my second time staying at the hotel. The rooms are elegant and well maintained. I’d much rather say here than a cookie cutter hotel. The location is great, close to downtown and the best restaurants.

The Edward Hotel was just an incredible place to stay for our wedding anniversary. Entry was super easy. Our room was quaint, clean and fit us perfectly. We slept great as it was so nice and quiet! We highly recommend!

We had a great stay at The Edward. Everything was clean, bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was nicely updated. Erin was very helpful. The hotel is in a lovely neighborhood and we enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants and coffee shops.
